Game-day coordination for Notre Dame tailgates.

What it is
An offline-first iPhone app that answers “where are the tailgates, where are my friends, how do I get there?” with georeferenced parking lots, a friends-of-friends network and a Cloudflare sync backend. Plus a marketing site with original leprechaun art and a demo film.
What I built
- SwiftUI app with a local-first database and a demo mode that simulates a full game day.
- Worker + D1 sync API with auth, a social graph, push and shareable pages.
- Marketing site: a feature tour over 21 real screenshots, an FAQ and the demo film.
- Setup kit covering both the iOS app and the server.
